Anybody else have this going on since they rolled out the new design updates? Kinda funny that this is happening, I’ve tried cache refreshing and switching browsers and it’s still happening. Not sure what to make of it.

Same here on Google Chrome, Ubuntu 10.10. Strangely enough, the problem disappears when opening Google in Private Browsing Mode.
It doesn’t appear to affect the actual usage of the site so I’m not worried about it, but it is strange. Updated to Chrome Beta and still seeing it. Weird.
